Employees join the town hall through the video communications platform and the link to TYMPO (running them side by side in separate windows).
At key moments during the Town Hall, participants are asked to quantify their degree of understanding, agreement, and/or alignment and then are enabled to clarify via interactive Q&A.
Issues Become Opportunities
The innovative post-meeting issues/resolution tracker makes it easy for participants to see how the leaders are resolving key isses raised during the Town Hall.
